Prevailed Hope was translated into Ukrainian, and I haven't been keeping you updated...
Prevailed Hope (my first poetry anthology), has been translated into Ukrainian, by the amazing Mike Tymoczko.
It has actually been translated for a while, thanks to Mike; then it is up to me to get it formatted and published.
Life being busy, and my not keeping on top of my energy levels and exhaustion very well, has meant that I simply haven't got around to doing it.
Though I do need to be easier on myself, it hurts to think that I haven't yet got it ready for publication. I do understand that not everything has to be done at once, but I do want to do what I can for the Ukrainians.
But here we are. You are reading a post that I am writing to keep myself accountable.
The poetry anthology is on mental health, strength, pulling through dark times — and the hope that ultimately helps us do this.
All proceeds received will be goimg towards helping the Ukrainians in Stamford.
Even if you have bought a copy of Prevailed Hope originally, I do encourage you to pick up a copy. The money you spend will be going to a great cause.
More information on the release, launch, and where you can get your copy, will be coming soon.
