Education is a scary word, but it doesn't have to be.
I have written an essay on what it is like to be a wheelchair user.
In the words of Lewis Dalton — so what?!
Great question!
Essays are seen as long and arduous, often coupled with flashbacks from school; having to write about whether Romeo really loved Juliet.
In my essays, I incorporate three very important things: humour, entertainment and education.
Learning new perspectives is a fundamental aspect of life.
I hope the humor gives you a giggle (though there is no pleasing some people).
There is entertainment to be found in the way it is written, and why it is written.
You can enjoy the order in which I have put one word in front of the other.
Then, of course, you'll come away from reading the essay with questions, a new understanding, and ideas.
