I Use a Wheelchair

Updated: Jun 24, 2023

The badly-taken-picture above is the said wheelchair.

You see, I was born with Cerebral Palsy.

(Google is good for looking these things up!)

There's no point hiding it.

There's no need to hide it.

After all, it's part of who I am.

And — quite obviously — has played a big part in where I am today.

If I didn't have trouble with dislocating knees over the last few years, I would be walking with crutches day-to-day.

My mental health had taken a hit after going through so much.

Taking my GCSE's in 2018, and an operation going wrong that same summer, were what it took for me to realise the help that I needed.

After going through all that, I managed to maintain an even keel.

And build myself up again.

I knew I needed to turn this around.

I was determined to focus on my strengths...

In comes blogging.

Which then evolved to copywriting.

Which then gave me the confidence to write Prevailed Hope (you shoud check it out, on Amazon).

The first of many publications to come.

(As well as a short story, also available on Amazon!)

Content writing is where I now focus my skills.

Through this, I've learnt a lot, on so many levels.

At 19, I am running a business and a published author.

Because I know where I want to be.

Not bad, eh?

So, if your business or event could do with a motivational speaker, here I am.

Have a great day!
